Delete Account

This page covers account deletion for:

• Dispatchers — business owners with accounts on the LBL Route Planner web dispatcher (lbl-route-planner.vercel.app)
• Drivers — users of the LBL Driver mobile app

Send an email to joe@logburnerslounge.co.uk with:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your name and the name of the business (if you’re a dispatcher)
• Confirmation that you wish to delete your account and all associated data

We will respond within 30 days to confirm the deletion and let you know what has been removed.

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your name, email, phone number, and contact details
• Your login credentials
• Any business information you uploaded (customers, drivers, vehicles, yards, routes, orders)
• App activity and usage logs associated with your account
• Crash logs and diagnostic data linked to your account

Under UK and EU law we may need to retain certain information for legitimate business or legal reasons:

• Transactional records — invoices, billing data, and accounting records required for tax and audit purposes (typically retained for 6 years per UK HMRC requirements)
• Anonymised analytics — aggregate usage data that cannot be linked back to you personally
• Backup archives — backups containing your data may persist until they are overwritten in the normal backup rotation (up to 90 days)

After our retention periods expire, the data is permanently deleted from backup archives.

If you are a driver added to a business by your employer, your account is managed by that business. Your employer can remove your access from their LBL Route Planner dispatcher account. To request complete deletion of your personal data from our systems, contact us using the email above and let us know which business you worked for.
